This image, courtesy of verbotomy.com pretty much perfectly sums up the way a lot of people feel about automated answering services!
We here at ChatHerBox understand your pain. Our phone menu is automated, simply because the sheer volume of calls we receive would run a poor receptionist crazy! It also helps with your privacy because it removes the human element. There is no one to collect your information, so there is no danger of it ever being leaked.
Still, we do know how annoying those automated systems can be, especially when there’s a huge list of options available, and you’re having to make a quick, on-the-fly decisions about which button to push. That’s why we’ve decided to put a list of the menu options on our blog, so that you can decide which area of our chat line that you want to explore before you ever pick up the phone. That should make dealing with the automated system a LOT easier!
When you call into our free chat line, you will hear a recorded greeting and will be directed to our main menu. Please note: You must be 18 or older to call.
Listen closely to the main menu options and choose the one you’re most interested in. If you’re not sure, feel free to try a few or all of them to see which you like best.
The options are as follows:
1.) One-on-one introductions
2.) The Rumba Room free party line
3.) Virtual chat
4.) Bulletin boards, where you can browse personals or add your own
5.) Voicemail greetings, where you can listen to others’ greetings, create your own voicemail mailbox and greeting to receive voicemails from others, and leave messages for other users
6.) The Quiet Corner, for cooldown
If you get lost, you can press the pound key (#) at any time to return to the main menu.
We hope that this list helps you out a little in navigating our chatline menu. If you can think of any way that we can streamline the process to make it easier or more efficient for you, the user, please let us know, and we will do all we can to take your suggestion into account to improve your experience on our live adult chat line. (You may leave a comment below with any suggestions you have!)
Thanks so much for using our service!
